What Will Be Passing Marks?

In previous years the class 10th and 12th marks were divided into three parts that are theory, practical and internal assessment. Students have to score at least 33% (combined for theory, practical and internal assessment). There is no compulsion to clearing the theory and practical exams separately. But now Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has changed the method and for now, students of class 10th have to score overall 33% in each subject (theory, practical and internal assessment combined). Whereas students of XII standard have to score 33 separately in theory, practical and internal assessment, that is 33% in theory and 33% in practical and internal assessment in addition to 33% marks in aggregate in every subject.
